Visit the Service Desk at any of our four centers during these hours and bring:

Current agency ID verifying your employment.

Signed letter on official agency letterhead from your department supervisor or manager confirming your full-time employment and qualifying patrol/road or 911 ambulance assignment.

Management approval is required before the complimentary membership can be activated. Enrollment is not available outside the hours listed above.

Is verification required every year?

Yes. Annual verification is required.

Each year, members must provide an updated, signed letter on official agency letterhead from their department supervisor or manager confirming they remain employed full-time in a qualifying position.

Members must notify us if they leave or transfer out of a qualifying position. If eligibility cannot be verified or a member is no longer in a qualifying position, the complimentary Premium membership will end.

Why is eligibility limited?

We’re grateful for everyone who serves our communities. As a local business, we’re not able to provide complimentary memberships to every public service profession.

We’ve chosen to focus this program specifically on full-time patrol law enforcement officers and full-time 911 ambulance EMTs and paramedics serving the communities around our Franklin, Murphy, Sylva and Clayton locations.

Keeping the program clearly defined allows us to provide a meaningful benefit while keeping it sustainable for our fitness centers.

Additional Policy Information

Full-time status is determined by the employing agency. Members are responsible for notifying us if they leave or transfer out of a qualifying position.

Eligibility is determined by Health & Fitness management, and the program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
